As part of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Google analytics are asking users to confirm to their data processing agreement. I have spent my evening agreeing to over 120 accounts, so I thought it was important to share this with you. If you have full user permission for your Google Analytics account, e.g. you can manage users, edit, collaborate, read & analyse you will need to agree to their terms. If Online Toolbox host’s your website please e-mail me, it’s very likely we’ve already verified it for you. If we don’t host your website please log into your google analytics and do the following:
Log into your google analytics and click on Admin.
In your account go to Account Settings. If you have more then one website you will have to do this for each website you own.
Scroll to the bottom to the Data Processing Amendment, click on review amendment and accept.
It will update the date you have reviewed and you are sorted.
